Biography

Hon. Solomon Wright was born about 1717. He was a Judge in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.

His son Robert Wright was the 12th Governor of Maryland.

He passed away in 1792. [1] Solomon was a slave owner and willed about 15 slaves to his children and grandchildren.

He was the son of Hon. Solomon Wright (1686-1728).
