William was born in 1868. William married Annie Emma Seale in 1906 in Alabama.[1].
In 1920, they were living in Gadsden County, Florida.[2]
He passed away in 1927, and was buried in the Oak City Cemetery, Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia.[3]
He is mentioned in the death record of his wife, Annie.[4]
