- Note: As a young man, 'Fran' was in the Naval Reserve. He and his brother Ed were in real estate development together. Their company developed the Forest Acres section of Chesterfield Co, VA. Later Fran became an employee and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Francis died of lung cancer in Richmond, VA, 2003.
