OBITUARY: COLLINS - Mrs . Hazel B. Collins age 75 of Orlando, died Wednesday in Orlando Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Collins is a native ofFargo, Georgia. She was a beautician for many years. She is the daughter of the late James Corbett and Lovie M. Crews Yarborough. Sr. She is predeceased by her brothers E. L. Teddy Bear Yarborough and James C.Yarborough, Jr., sister; Louie Dean Griffis.
Survivors include her two sons; Thomas L. Collins of Orlando, and Michael Collins of Louisiana, MO.brother; Wayne Yarborough of Macclenny, FL. sisters; Sandra Corbett of Miami, Delta Jean Chesser of Okeechobee, Nina Bell Davis and Beulah Mae Wilford both of Glen St. Mary. Two grandchildren and a greatgranddaughter also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday(TODAY) May 19, 2001 at 11:00AM in the Macclenny Church of God with Rev.Shannon Connor officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery,Macclenny, Florida. GUERRY FUNERAL HOME U.S. 90 East Macclenny, Florida are in charge of arrangements.
