Samuel was born in 1776. He was the son of Stephen Yates and Lydia Parsons. He passed away in 1836.

Yates-3042 and Yeatts-41 are not ready to be merged because: Parental issues need to be resolved first. Again, Yeattts-42 gives information as to the parents of the man which I believe is wrong. First someone needs to show source documents which prove that Stephen was the son of John and Elizabeth, as neither will mentions him. And I've addressed that issue on the profile for Yates-2984. Once that issue is resolved, then we can merge the two Samuels.
