David Yaw, Jr., b. Marblehead, Mass., bap. 25 Apr. 1731, St. Michael Anglican Church, d. Date & place not known.
r. Scituate, R.I., 1735-1780s or 1790s. Cooper's Patent, in area now Hartwick, Ostego Co., N.Y., before 1795.
m. 1st Elizabeth ----. David & wife Elizabeth deeded land in Scituate in 1776.
m. 2nd Almy ----, b. 1745. Stone in West Cem., Hartwick, N.Y. "Memorial of Almy Yeaw, wife of David Yeaw, d. Aug. 11, 1813, age 68."
Issue of David Yaw & Elizabeth ----:
Ellen Yaw, 1757-1835

There is a memorial in Find A Grave (72269530) which has David born in 1731 and dying in 1758: "Second son of David and Jean Yeaw. He lived on the family homestead in Scituate until his untimely death aged 27. He predeceased his father by 6 years. He is buried in the family lot along with 3 generations of this family."
