Lois York was born on a Saturday, 14 Sep 1765, to Jessie York, Sr and Anne “Anna” (Breed) York in Stonington, New London, Connecticut Colony. Lois was the second born of seven children.^[1][2][3][4]

Marriage

Lois married Elisha Wheeler on Monday, 30 Mar 1786, in Stonington, Connecticut, by Elder Eleazer Brown.^[1][3][4]

Reuben Wheeler; b. 15 Jun 1788^[1][4]

Allen “Allyn” Wheeler; 25 May 1793^[1][4][5]

Note: There is a record on Family Search for a Reuben Wheeler, born to an Elisha Wheeler and Louis with a date of birth of 18 May 1788, in Stonington, however, without being able to see the original record, it's impossible to tell if this is the same Reuben or not.^[6]

Death

Lois died at the age of 66, on Thursday, 6 Feb 1832, and is buried in Spalding Cemetery in North Stonington, Connecticut.^[1][7]
