Youmans-412 and Youmans-318 are not ready to be merged because: Youmans-318 doesn't match findagrave. birth dates close and spouses are possible duplicates.

Youmans-412 and Youmans-318 appear to represent the same person because: Both reference the same FindAGrave memorial id, same name, same birth date, same spouse. Death dates differ, perhaps more research needed there.
