Joe Young was born on 12 August 1852 in Kentucky. He passed away on 12 November 1908 in Pettus, Lonoke County, Arkansas and is buried in Weedon Cemetery, Lonoke County. The inscription on his gravestone includes the phrase "England Camp No. 37." If anyone knows what this refers to, please leave a comment.
