Biography
Elizabeth Roxanne "Betty" (Young) Davey was born in New York in 1911 to George James Young and Olivia Carlotta (Bence) Young. She was with them in Marbletown, Ulster County, in 1930. She married Walter F. Davey 1935-1938. In 1938 they were in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1940 they were in Stuart, Florida. They had four children. They divorced in 1954. She moved to Gainesville, Florida, and died there in 2008. She was buried in the Young family plot at New Paltz Rural Cemetery, Ulster County, New York.
