Research Note

There is speculation / circumstansial evidence that Charles John Young (1897-1988) may be the biological son of William Baldwin (1855-1933).
However his Wikitree profile links him as the son of John Young, because this is the only father he knew. John Young was the man who raised him, cared for him, and loved him. Without DNA confirmation, his father is uncertain. There is speculation that he and his siblings may have known the truth about the parentage of Charles and his brother William, but this was never spoken about and all are now deceased. William and Charles were not named as children on the death certificate of John Young (1864-1950).

The information on birth certificate of his older brother, William Young appears to be a fabrication of the truth.
It states:
