The Perry Baptist Church June 29th, 1836 was formed of several churches in the area Jefferson, Madison, Perry, Richmond, Chardon, and Geneva....Five churches were represented by fifteen delegates and a church of 18 members was constituted. The constituent members included David Young, Elizabeth Young, and John Young (pg 241)
