Catharina Zeeb, daughter of Johannes and Barbara (Hortz) Zeeb, was born 30 October 1721 at Haslach, Germany.[1]
The Oberacker Ortssippenbuch incorrectly reports the surname of Catharina's father as "Zimmerman."[2] Johnannes Zeeb's occupation was carpenter. The German word for carpenter is "zimmerman." The Oberacker Church Register itself, recording Catharina's marriage to Philipp Dellinger, clearly identifies her father as Johannes Zeeb, occupation zimmerman [carpenter].[3]
Child of Phillip and Catherina (Zeeb) Dellinger
Margaretha Dellinger was born 6 January 1750 at Oberacker, present-day Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany.[4]
No other child for Philipp and Catharina is recorded in the Oberacker Church Register.
