Biography
Joan Zeller was born in 1914 in Balmain, New South Wales, Australia. She was the older daughter of John Tait and Gertrude Bech. [1] Her father hyphenated the surname to Tait-Zeller in 1925. The family later settled in Manly, New South Wales.
Joan married returned serviceman, Jack Alcorn in 1947 in Manly. [2]
