William "Bill" Zimmerman, age 91, of St. Vincent, passed away Friday, July 8, 2011.
He was born December 17, 1919, in St. Vincent, a son of Charles Zimmerman and Mary Gottsponer Zimmerman.
He was a World War II Army Veteran having received two bronze stars.
He later retired as a Supervisor at Arkansas Crompton Mills, and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife, Monica Noll Zimmerman; two sons, Harold Zimmerman and wife Kathy of Little Rock, and Gerald Zimmerman and wife Janey of Conway; daughter, Marilyn Andrews and husband Harold of St. Vincent; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral mass will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 11, 2011, at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Jim Burnie officiating.
Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. Sunday, July 10, at the funeral home.
