Jacob Zimmerman Will.
PHOTO
I think that I finally understand about the marriages of the Jacob Zimmerman who was born about 1710. He married first Catherine Earnhardt who died about 1754. Jacob married second Susanna Roberts who died 1789. Jacob married third Catherine Reniger 12 May 1791. That Jacob died about 1796.
Jacob Zimmerman, the son of Jacob Zimmerman and Susanna Roberts was born about 1754. He married Catherine Stem, not Catherine Reninger/Reniger.
Jacob Sr. wrote his will in 1789 while Susanna was still alive. He did not die until some time before 14 March 1796 when the will was probated.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Jacob by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jacob:
