Biography
Aldo Gottfrid was born in Algutsboda parish 15 August 1857 to Aron Petersson and Johanna Johannisdotter in Moshultamåla.[1] He was their first child.[2]
In the household record covering 1881-1891 it is noted that Aldo is in America since 1881.[3]
Aldo Lindquist married Wilhelmina Nilsdotter 26 August 1883 in Florence Wisconsin. Alden Lindquist and his wife Wilhelmina had a daughter, Annie in Iron River, Marquette, Michigan 5 July 1884.[4]
Wilhelmina died in 1893. The miner Aldo Lindquist then married Hannah E Backman in Norway, Dickinson, Michigan 12 May 1894.[5]
At the time of the US Census 1900 Aldo Lindquist lived in Iron River, Iron, Michigan with his wife and five children.[6]
Aldo G. Lindquist died 16 April 1922. A resident of Iron River, Michigan, he died in hospital in Chicago.[7][8]
