If Phillip was named Phillip, obviously on Ancestry.com, family trees info is incorrect about his first name being William; however, it does appear to represent the same person. Find A Grave Memorial, # 8882067, confirms that his first name was Phillip. Looking back over Ancestry Family Trees, I see that Phillip Henry (Called William Henry, b.1826); is listed as being the son of Uriah Askew, but based on Wikitree, it appears a generation was skipped.
