Thomas was born in or before 1289 (aged over 10 in 1299).[1] He was the eldest son of Nicholas Audley[1] and Katherine Giffard. He married Eve de Clavering. He died a minor, shortly before 21 Nov. 1307. They had no issue.[2] His heir was his brother Nicholas.[3]

Order to the escheator on this side Trent to take into the king's hand the lands late of the inheritance of Thomas de Aldithelegh, son and heir of Nicholas de Aldithelegh, who has died a minor in the king's ward, and to make inquisition thereon.
