Cora Clementine Bash was born on 29 September 1882 to Albert Weimer Bash and Flora (Spangler) Bash.
She became a missionary doctor with the Board of Foreign Mission of the Presbyterian Church in the USA, serving in Shanghai and Tientsin.
Cora died of bacterial endocarditis on 23 December 1941 and was buried at the British Cemetery in Beijing, China. The cemetery was destroyed by the Red Guards in 1966 and no longer exists.
