Biography

Norman Allen was born in 1896 inLittle Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. He was the son of Norman Beller and Adele Stuart.^{[1] [2]}

He was served with the US Coast Guard during World War I.

He married Frances Bracy.^[3] They divorced in 1936.^[4]

In 1937 he remarried to Cora Longino.^[5][6]

He died in 1956. He is buried at Oakland Cemetery in Little Rock, Arkansas.^[7]
