[marriage of Belone Coriveau with Genevieve Bisson; On the thirty first of January, one thousand eight hundred twenty six, after the publication of three bans of marriage, at the announcement of the parish masses, on three consecutive Sundays, between Belone Coriveau, farmer, adult son of Michel Coriveau and of the late Marie Anne Fortier, his father and mother, of this parish; and Genevieve Bisson, adult daughter of Joseph Bisson and of Marie Terrien, her father and mother, also of this parish; not having discovered any impediment to this marriage, we, undersigned pastor of Saint Charles, received the mutual consent of the spouses, and gave them the nuptial blessing, and this in the presence of Gabriel Houd and Belone Bisson, friends of the groom, of Belone Bisson, brother of the bride, and of Joseph Fournier, friend, who all declared not knowing how to sign. /s/ J.
