Marie Ann was born on 23 July 1893. She was the daughter of Georges Boucher and Euphémie Hébert.^[1]

In the 1901 census Regina, age 7, was a daughter in Shediac, Westmorland, New Brunswick.^[2] Her date of birth was given as 7 Jul 1893.

Regina, age 16, married Frank Fougere, age 26, son of Antoine Fougère and Madeleine Cormier, on 24 Jan 1910 in Grande-Digue.^[3]
