Patsy Ruth Bowman was born on November 24, 1926 in Tennessee, United States, daughter of John Henry Bowman (1887–1953) and Mary Augusta Hammer (1892–1952).^[1]

Patsy (22) married Jack William Blevins (23) (born on May 16, 1925 in Bristol, Sullivan) on February 20, 1949 in Sullivan.^{[2] [3] [4] [5]}

Patsy died on May 13, 1987 in Bristol, Sullivan, Tennessee, aged 60.^[6]
