Fannie R Brasher was born in about April 1901 in Bell County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Frank Brasher and Cordelia Denny.
She married James Skelton "Skelt" Parsons on December 21, 1920, in Claiborne, Tennessee. They had two children during their marriage.
She died on October 14, 1962, in her hometown at the age of 62.
