Biography
Susan Broadfoot is the daughter of George Broadfoot and Susan Broadfoot of Onehunga.

- The death has occurred of Mrs. A. L. White the only child of the late Mr. Charles Broadfoot, one of Onehunga's earliest residents. Mrs. White was born in Onehunga in 1863. As a girl she attended Mr. Neil Heath's High School in Auckland and was for some time living with her aunt, the late Mrs. Edward Wayte, of Grafton.
- Her husband was a son of the late Mrs. Angus White well known in the early days of Pitt Street Methodist Church. Shortly after their marriage Mr. and Mrs White moved to Birkenhead, where they resided until Mr. White’s death in 1915.
- After a few years in the Mount Eden district, Mrs. White made her home at Tirohanga Avenue, Remuera. During the last 12 vears she has been a regular attendant at the Remuera Methodist Church. At one time she was secretary of the Mount Eden branch of the League of Mothers, on one of the committees of the Y.W.C.A., and was a collector for Dr. Barnados and the Brtish and Foreign Bible Society.
- She is survived by a son, Mr. Allen White and two daughters, Miss Enid White and Miss Ethel White. [2]
