William was born about 1796.
His son Alexander married Mary Venables in Bromborough in November 1838. William is named as father of the groom. [1]
Research notes
can find no record other than this mention for William however Free BMD lists several Willaim Broadfoot's dying in th 1840-50s period in and around Liverpool area
