Biography

Isabella (Brockbank) Bradley was born in Broughton, Lancashire, England.

Isabella Brockbank was born in late 1847/early 1848 ^[1] in Broughton, Lancashire, England, the daughter of John Brockbank and Sarah (Butler) Brockbank.

She was baptised on 9 April 1848 in Cartmel, Lancashire.^[2][3]

In 1851 and 1861, she was with her parents in Broughton. ^{[4] [5] [6]}

When Isabella was 26 she married Thomas Bradley in October 1870 in St James, Toxteth, Lancashire. ^{[7] [8]} The couple had at least 9 children.

In 1871 she was living in Egton with Newland, Lancashire. ^[9]

In 1881 Isabella was living in Heversham with Milnthorpe, Westmorland. ^[10]

Isabella departed London and arrived in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, Australia on 11 July 1884.^[11][12]

From 1900 to 1930. Isabella was recorded living in Rockdale. ^[13][14]

In 1931 Isabella (age about 86) was living in Kogarah North, Barton, New South Wales, Australia.^[15]

Isabella died at the age of 88 on 13 April 1933 at 63 Bestic Street, Rockdale NSW.^{[16][17][18] [19]}
