Note N206ANTHONY BROWNLESS, of Paynetts House, and Bockingfold Manor, Goudhurst, co. Kent, on the death of his uncle Major Michael Colling, in 1813, inherited that gentleman's fortune, and purchased the above-named estates and other freehold property in the Weald of Kent, and resided principally at Paynetts. He was b. 7th February, 1786 ; m. 1816, Martha, daughter of John AUSTIN, of Goudhurst, Kent, and Martha SITTER, his wife.
