They had two children: Seneca Burr Jr. and Charlotte Elizabeth (or Eliza) Burr. They lived on Mendon Street near Bellingham Center.

Eliza Burr died on 15 May 1835, the same year that Charlotte died. Eliza was in her 38th year according to her grave stone inscription. Eliza and Charlotte are buried in Center Cemetery, Bellingham, Massachusetts.

Seneca Sr married a 2nd time on 30 April 1839. This time he married Lucy Chickering, the daughter of John Chickering and Abigail Wilson of Dover, Mass.

They had a son, Calvin Chickering Burr, born on 30 June 1840.
Seneca Sr passed away in 1841. Seneca Sr, Eliza, Charlotte, Lucy, & Calvin are all buried in Center Cemetery, Bellingham. Seneca Jr is buried in Union Cemetery, Bellingham, with members of his immediate family.
