Biography
In the Castell Pedigree in the Visitation of Cambridgeshire Thomas Castell was recorded as the son of Robert Castell of East Hatley, Cambridgeshire. Thomas had married a daughter and heir of Robert Hodsdon alias Barnett. They had a son Thomas Castell who married Beatrice, daughter of Thomas Hutton (or Hatton) esq of Dry Drayton, Cambridgeshire[1].
