Robert was born in 1888. He was the son of Jesse Cheatham and Annie Lefler. He passed away in 1922.[1]

Morgan Cheatham, born 18 Jan 1888 in Washington County, was 29 when he completed his WWI Draft Registration Card. He is a farmer. He reports he is married with four children under the age of 12. He is reported to be tall and stout with grey eyes, bald and had dark hair.

Morgan Cheatham and his nephew Raymond Wilkerson were instantly killed and the son of Mr. Cheatham seriously injured when lightning struck a barn on the Cheatham farm near this city last Friday during an electrical storm.
