Ruth L Clapp was born on October 10, 1922 in Syracuse, Onondaga, New York. She is a daughter of Raymond Clapp and Cora Raisen.[1]

She married John H Chambers on September 1, 1950 in Syracuse, Onondaga, New York.[2]
