Jane Cloe was born in Virginia, United States, daughter of Richard Arthur Cloe (1907–2003) and Edna Lyell Hutt (1910–1995).
In the 1950 census Jane (age 8) was the daughter of Richard A Cloe, Jr in Fredericksburg, Virginia, United States.[1]
