Biography

Margaret Virginia Copps was born in 1877 in Georgia to Daniel Cope and Dicy Easterling.^[1] She married Francis Marion Alexander in 1892 in Tattnall County, Georgia.^[2][3][4] After the death of Francis, she married William Turner before 1920.^[5] After the marriage to William ended, Maggie went back to using her first husband's name until her death.^[6][7] She passed away in 1956 in Jacksonville, Florida and is buried in the Reidsville City Cemetery in Reidsville, Georgia.^[8][9]
