Biography

John was born in 1658 in Hampton, New Hampshire to Seaborn Cotton and Dorothy (Bradstreet) Cotton.[1] He attended Harvard College and became a minister.[2] In 1686 John married Anne Lake in Hampton, Rockingham, New Hampshire.[3]
