Elizabeth Deisher was born on November 2, 1848 in Hereford Township, Berks, Pennsylvania, United States, daughter of Joel Deischer (1819–1884) and Lydia Ann Heistand (1823–1894).
In 1850, Elizabeth (1) Deischer was in the household of her father, Joel, in Hereford Township, Berks, Pennsylvania. [1]
Elizabeth married William Wisner (born on November 28, 1844 in Berks).
Elizabeth died on October 1, 1927 in Polo, Ogle, Illinois, United States, aged 78. She was buried in Fairmount Cemetery, Polo, Illinois.[2]
