Miles was born in 1856.

HIs father, William Driver's will would be signed on the 7th of March, 1896, he would name the heirs as^[1]:

• His wife Rebecca Driver - to receive all his real estate consisting of five acres of land and all personal property
• Miles Driver, Henderson Driver, Alis Colvert, Ofelia Johnson and H.K. Driver were not to have any share of his estate.

He passed away in 1910 and would be buried in the Smithville Town Cemetery in Smithville, Tennessee^[2]
