Biography

Thomas son of John and Lydia Duffen was christened at Bottesford, Leicestershire, on 8 May 1713. ^[1]

Thomas Duffin and Sarah Nevel "both of this parish" married at Snitterfield, Warwickshire, on 20 June 1743. ^[2]

Thomas Duffin was buried at Snitterfield, Warwickshire, on 16 January 1775. ^[3]

Research Note

I can find no evidence that Thomas Duffin born in Bottesford, Leicestershire, is the same person who later lived in Snitterfield, Warwickshire. There is another Thomas Duffin, son of William and Mary, born in Leamington, Warwickshire, in 1712, much closer to Snitterfield. ^[4]
