Elizabeth Eveleth was born at Gloucester, Massachusetts on December 17, 1671, daughter of Joseph and Mary Eveleth. [1][2][3]
She married first Francis Perkins, son of Jacob and Sarah (Wainwright) Perkins. [2] Francis was born at Ipswich, Massachusetts on December 18, 1672. [4]
Francis Perkins was a farmer, and died about 1706. [2]
Jacob Perkins, father of Francis, deeded 10 acres of land to Francis two sons, and specified should they die before the age of 21, the land would go to there sister Elizabeth. He further stipulated, should Elizabeth die as well, the land should go to George Giddings who is about to marry the Perkin's children's mother Elizabeth. [2] see also: [5]
After his death, widow Elizabeth married George Giddings as his second wife, intentions published at Ipswich on January 13, 1706/7. [4] George Giddings was born about 1664, likely at Ipswich, son of John and Sarah Giddings. [3]
Elizabeth died at the age of about 54 years, on May 10, 1727 at Gloucester. [1]
