She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Anthony Mildmay Julian Fane, 13th Earl of Westmorland and Lady Sybil Mary St. Clair-Erskine.[1][2]She was born on the 24th of April 1894 in Apethorpe, Northamptonshire, England.[3]She was married twice, firstly to Major Hon. Henry Cecil Vane, son of the Lady Catherine Sarah Cecil and the Hon. Major Henry Cecil Vane, on the 25th of August 1914 in Scarborough, Yorkshire, England.[4]She married, secondly, Major Herbert Broke Turnor, son of Algernon Turnor, on the 1st of September 1922 in St. George Hanover Square, London, England.[5]She died on the 9th of September 1969 in Grantham, Lincolnshire, England at the age of 75.[6]
