Martha Fenn was born to Benjamin and Sarah (Baldwin) Fenn, and was baptized October 10, 1650.^{[1] [2]}

Martha married Samuel Newton, March 14, 1668-9 in Milford, Connecticut.^{[1] [3][4]}

Martha died between 1696 and 1698,^[2] likely in Milford, Connecticut.

She was mentioned in her grandmother's will in 1669.^[5]
