Biography
Elizabeth was born about 1766.
She married John Denny on 3 January 1787 at Clopton, Suffolk.[1]
John and Elizabeth had nine known children. Seven were baptised at the parish church of St Mary in Clopton between 1787 and 1800. At least two of these children died in their infancy (Elizabeth and Harriet).
Their two youngest children (Peter and William), were registered at the Otley Baptist chapel in 1804 and 1806 and the couple were described as 'of Otley parish', indicating the family had moved there sometime between 1800 and 1804 (The Otley Baptist Chapel was built in 1800). Sadly both of these children died in their infancy.
Elizabeth's date of death is unknown but her husband John appears to have died in 1837.
