Biography

Peter was born in Ohio in 1851. He was the son of Jacob Fulmer and Mary J. Sellars. He married Clarissa Hackathorn in 1881. He died of a stroke at the age of 71 on 19 Sep 1922 in New Matamoras, Ohio.
