Juliana Fulmer may have been born around 1819 (extrapolating back from the date of her death announcement-see profile image)^[1] , in Pennsylvania, USA. However, the 1870 census places her birthdate around 1821, and the 1900 census places her month/date of birth on March 1825. ^[2]

Juliana marries Wm H Hammond in Pennsylvania, USA. The 1900 US Census indicates they were married 51 years, which places their date of marriage around 1849. ^[2]

In 1850, she and her husband and infant son are living in Loyalsock, Lycoming, Pennsylvania.(just downriver from Williamsport)^[3]
