Biography

Wallace Russell Fulmore was born to Ella M Graham on October 1, 1898 at RM Springfield, Manitoba.^[1]

In November, 1915 Wallace Russell Fulmore enlisted at Estevan, Saskatchewan. He gave his birth as October 1, 1897 in Whitemouth, Manitoba. He indicated he was a machinist and his father was L F Fullmore of Macoun, Saskatchewan. He served in the 152nd Overseas Battalion Headquarters in Weyburn and Camp Hughes until he was discharged on July 25,1916 as being a minor.^[2]
