Anne Roberts was a daughter of Barne Roberts and his wife Anne Glover. She was baptised on 22nd August 1602 at St Lawrence Jewry in the City of London as the daughter of Barne Roberts, Gent.[1] (Note: transcript on Family Search records father as 'Barnaby' but the original parish register on Ancestry reads 'Barne'.[2] She was named in her maternal grandfather's 1603 WIll. [3]
Her father died in January 1610/11,leaving a nuncupative Will that named daughter Anne Roberts among other children. [4]
She might have been the Anne Roberts, maiden aged 30, who married Thomas Prine of St Giles in the Fields, marriage allegation recorded 9 January 1632/3. [5]
