Sylvia Barbara (Goche) Menke was born on 19 Sep 1909 in Sheridan Township, Redwood, Minnesota, United States, daughter of Martin Ambrose Goche (1874 - 1961) and Louise Julia (Wartner) Goche (1880 - 1945).
