Biography

Eva Goodloe was born April 23, 1893 in Springfield, Greene County, Missouri. She married Isto Edward Warren and they had two children. Their daughter was born prematurely on July 25, 1915 and lived for only three hours. Their son, Carl Russell Warren, was born August 13, 1919 in Springfield. Eva died at age 27 on March 18, 1920 and was buried at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Springfield, Missouri.

NOTE: There is confusion associated with this person. One site has her last name at birth as “Goodloe”; and, her Find a Grave site has “Goodwin”. The problem most likely arose from misspelling on her death certificate. Her mother is listed as ‘Nannie Snow’. The date of birth on her gravestone is April 23, 1893, FaG has March 18, probably duplicating death month and day.

Lexington Intelligencer, January 14, 1921 Obituary

Milton Goodloe, 69 years of age, died Saturday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock at his home 9 miles south of Lexington.

Mr. Goodloe is survived by his wife, one son, [child with first wife who died 1897] two brothers, Willis Goodloe of Kansas City, and Cosby Goodloe of this county, and one sister Mrs. Sallie Ball of Kansas City.

The funeral was held Monday morning at 11 o'clock from the home. Burial was at Greenton.
