1950 Lillian (age 59) found employment washing dishes in a restaurant. She continued to live on North 8th Street in Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA at the time of the 1950 US census. Living with her was her sister Hilda Haak (age 41) who was not employed.^[7]

1960 Lillian died about 26 Mar 1960 in Middleton or Madison, Wisconsin, USA and was laid to rest at West Middleton Cemetery, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA. ^[1][8]
